Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with personalized service and attention.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage the concierge desk operations, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and security, to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on local events, seasonal activities, and relevant travel information to provide guests with current recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers to offer exclusive benefits and deals to guests.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma is essential; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
- Proven track record in customer service excellence, demonstrating the ability to anticipate and cater to guest needs.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish or Mandarin, is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in using concierge software and property management systems to enhance guest service.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding service.
