Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Model Development Design, implement, and optimize robust computer vision models (e g CNNs, Transformers) for tasks like object detection, image/video analysis, recognition, tracking, and segmentation.
  • System Deployment Develop and integrate computer vision algorithms into real-time operational systems and physical hardware, ensuring high performance, scalability, and stability.
  • Data Management Curate, preprocess, and annotate large-scale image and video datasets for model training and validation. Implement data augmentation strategies to improve model generalization.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Conceptualize, prototype, and test new computer vision applications tailored to the luxury hospitality domain, such as
    Guest Flow/Queue Analysis Monitoring foot traffic and crowd density in premium areas.
    Security & Surveillance Developing custom systems for anomaly detection or facial recognition (in compliance with privacy laws).
    Inventory/Asset Tracking Visual monitoring of high-value assets or supply levels.
    Quality Control Automated inspection of service quality or presentation standards.
  • Collaboration Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and operational stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that align with the company's luxury service standards.
  • Research & Innovation Stay current with the latest advancements in computer vision, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and hardware to continuously improve our technology stack.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
B .Tech / M .Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Electrical Engineering
Certifications in Deep Learning / Computer Vision / TensorRT Optimization Coursera, Udacity, NVIDIA DLI, etc
 2–5 years of relevant experience
Strong in Python and PyTorch / TensorFlow
 Hands-on experience with YOLO, DETR, ByteTrack, DeepSORT
 Knowledge of TensorRT, ONNX, and edge optimization

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multi-camera tracking
Familiarity with Kafka / RTSP pipelines
Exposure to MMDetection
