Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Professional certification in Compliance (e.g., CAMS, ACAMS, or equivalent) preferred

UAE Insurance Authority certification

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

At least 2 years of experience in the UAE regulatory environment.

Experience with UAE Insurance Authority regulations and requirements.
