Position:
Compliance and Information Security

Summary:
As a Compliance and Information Security specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs and information security policies to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement compliance programs and information security policies to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure the organization's information systems are protected against cyber threats and data breaches through proactive security measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance and security requirements into business processes and IT systems.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on compliance and information security best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT & Telecom roles with a focus on compliance and information security.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and local regulations.
Proficiency in information security protocols and risk management practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
