Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Update employee personnel and dependent records in the HR system
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters
  • Manage and follow up on employee access card requests
  • Contact interns and monitor their start and end date
  • Ensure accurate data entry of intern details into the payroll system
  • File and organize HR-related documents
  • Assist in the filling of MOF and NSSF forms
  • Verify and check employee attendance records

Education & Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or any related field. Candidate must be enrolled in university.

Duration: Minimum 3 months. Possibility to extend based on performance and business needs.
