Roles & Responsibilities


Compensation & Benefits

  • Build and maintain salary structures & pay ranges aligned to internal job grades and market benchmarks.
  • Support job evaluation & grading and ensure clean job architecture & titles across subsidiaries.
  • Run annual salary review, merit & bonus cycles..
  • Lead benefits analysis (medical, life, allowances, leave, EOSB) and recommend cost-effective designs.
  • Build dashboards & reports (Excel/Power BI) on pay equity, compa-ratio, range penetration, and C&B KPIs.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Finance, cost control and Leadership to translate business needs into practical rewards solutions.

Payroll:

  • Lead the end-to-end payroll cycle for multiple entities (input validation, reconciliations, approvals, and WPS submissions).
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE labor law, WPS, EOSB, gratuity rules, and internal DOA.
  • Oversee payroll variance analysis and prepare reports for Finance and senior management.
  • Manage off-cycle payments, settlements, and EOSB calculations.
  • Partner with IT/HR Ops to drive automation & process improvements in payroll systems.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex payroll cases and audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–7 years in C&B/Total Rewards (construction/engineering or multi-company groups a plus).
  • C&B certifications.
  • Proven track record managing large headcount payrolls.
  • Advanced Excel & payroll reconciliation skills; exposure to SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / Workday preferred.
  • Familiarity with global methodologies e.g. Hay, Mercer etc.
  • Solid grasp of UAE labor law and rewards governance (policies, DOA, audit readiness).
  • Analytical mindset, crisp storytelling, and stakeholder management.
