Roles & Responsibilities

  • Social media management
  • Management and animation of Facebook, TikTok and Twitter accounts
  • Editorial planning, creation, publication and scheduling of content (texts, visuals, videos)
  • Analysis of platform performance (statistics, engagement, reach) and proposal of improvement actions
  • Community management and interaction with subscribers
  • Brand activities & external events
  • Planning and coordination of major activities related to the brand, the mc nat and cultural exchanges
  • Participation in the design of events, their on-site organization and their follow-up
  • Communication surrounding the events and publication of the results and outcomes
  • External relations management
  • Regular communication and maintenance of relationships with the media, charities and non-profit organizations
  • Contribution to the development and maintenance of the organization's institutional image
  • Content production & daily communication
  • Writing and proofreading promotional content (articles, press releases, video scripts)
  • Photo/video capture, editing and production of communication materials
  • Dissemination of content across different communication channels
  • Coverage of internal meetings, events and activities, as well as collection and archiving of project-related documents

Desired Candidate Profile

Holder of a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or Master's degree (BAC+5) in journalism, communication, marketing, advertising, graphic design or equivalent field

  • Having at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • My perfect mastery of Adobe suite software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good knowledge and use of artificial intelligence tools applied to communication and content creation
  • Mastery of photography and videography (shooting, framing, editing)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Resident of Staoueli or in the immediate vicinity
  • My perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Chinese is a valuable asset.
  • A creative and ambitious individual with an artistic vision and a well-developed aesthetic sense.
  • A very organized and meticulous person, with a good sense of priorities and capable of managing several tasks simultaneously.
