Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, engaging and developing our brand's community on social media
- Develop a content strategy adapted to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, etc.)
- Manage and moderate comments, private messages, and interactions with the community.
- Protecting the brand's reputation
- Analyze performance (statistics, engagement rates, etc.)
- Organize digital communication campaigns (competitions, partnerships, online events)
- Training in communication, digital marketing or equivalent
- Excellent command of social networks and management tools
- Creativity, excellent communication skills, impeccable spelling
- Team spirit, autonomy and responsiveness
- Working closely with the Marketing and Sales Department.
