Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This role is focused on community building, onboarding, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for creating a smooth member experience from day one, ensuring the community is active, valuable, and aligned with our brand and business goals.

This position requires hands-on experience with Circle. Candidates without direct experience using Circle will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage the community on Circle.so
  • Design and execute member onboarding flows (welcome, orientation, first actions)
  • Organize spaces, groups, posts, and content inside Circle
  • Drive engagement through:
    • Discussion prompts
    • Events
    • Content drops
    • Community challenges
  • Moderate the community and maintain a healthy, professional environment
  • Track community engagement and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to align community goals
