Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for all homeowners and residents on-site.
Manage and resolve resident complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Conduct periodic surveys and community walkthroughs to proactively identify concerns.
Organize and coordinate community events and engagement initiatives.
Support the transition from handover to operational management.
Maintain detailed logs of community issues, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
Prepare weekly/monthly site reports on operational status, complaints, and improvement suggestions.
Coordinate with central departments (Customer Care, FM, Legal, etc.) for issue resolution


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in community management, customer service, or facility operations.
Experience in residential compounds is a must.
