Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

The purpose of the role is to provide residential community operational and administrative support, create a positive community experience through proactive steps to develop relationships with residents track and collect community fees, and meet the community and company requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineer and Finance in preparing yearly and quarterly budget.
  • Respond to residential concerns and issues, including conflicts, maintenance requests, health and safety issues, and in a manner consistent with the owner and company expectations.
  • Collect the community fee from the residents as per the approved fees and schedule.
  • Manage routine, critical, daily, and seasonal administrative and audit tasks and assist the Public relations Officer and the Maintenance Engineer in preparing relevant documents.
  • Coordinate with the PRO to follow-up with government entities on any challenges entailing the residents or the community.
  • Ensure compliance with Finance & Procurement processes, follow-up procurement requests and Account payable to ensure logistics and operations run in an effective and timely manner.
  • Prepare periodic reports as per company requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair operations within the community whenever relevant.
  • Manage routine, critical, daily, and seasonal administrative tasks.
  • Assist the Director with creating and implementing effective policies and SOP and community protocols.
  • Regular business hours cannot always define the typical 48-hour work week; some evening and weekend commitments are to be expected.

Desired Candidate Profile

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business or MEP (Civil or Mechanical) or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a residential community setting up in an administrative, maintenance or construction role is required.

MEP Experience is an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills
  • Knowledge of Database Software, Internet Software, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Abilities to write reports, business correspondence, and basic procedure
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, residents, customers and the public
  • Good command of English
  • Arabic is an advantage
