Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for

  • Design and own the communication strategy, benchmarking against leading global agencies to identify best practices and apply them to Acquisit s positioning.
  • Lead the development of case studies that highlight client impact and reinforce our market authority.
  • Lead our PR strategy, finding relevant opportunities for Acquisit and shaping thought leadership content (for the website, PR, and external publications) to establish Acquisit as a recognized industry voice.
  • Build and execute multi-channel content plans (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, GMB)
  • Create & manage our monthly newsletter (Hubspot newsletter in the UAE, and Whatsapp newsletter in KSA)
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform Acquisit s differentiation and ensure forward-looking positioning.
  • Measure and report on communication performance, defining KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Continuously update and ensure compliance of internal and external assets with brand guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

Absolute must-haves:

  • Ability to craft and execute a communication roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing industry and its trends
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and spoken in English and Arabic
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, GMB, newsletters)
  • Analytical mindset: ability to define, track, and report on KPIs to measure communication impact
  • Project ownership: autonomy in managing complex initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Indisputable work ethics

Would be a competitive advantage:

  • Being familiar with the AI tools that facilitate the writing process
  • Digital marketing understanding: solid understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and the agency ecosystem.
  • PR expertise: identifying media opportunities, pitching, and building relationships with journalists and publications.
