Job description
SPIE Global Service Energy currently hiring for Commissioning Technician PVV for Onshore Project in Basra, Iraq.
Its a rotational role- 28/28
Job Purpose-
Support commissioning and start-up activities related to Commissioning Technician PVV systems on the onshore oil & gas project. Work with the commissioning team to prepare, test, and hand over systems safely and on time.
Main Responsibilities-

Assist in commissioning of PVV (Piping, Valves, Vessels) systems.
• Perform leak tests, hydrostatic tests, and visual inspections.
• Support mechanical completion and readiness checks for piping and vessels.
• Follow commissioning procedures and supervisors instructions.
• Ensure correct installation and operation of valves and piping systems.
• Respect HSE standards and maintain safe work practices.
• Support punch list resolution and handover activities.

Profile
Requirements
• Iraqi national from Basra region.

Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Process discipline.
• Minimum 3 5 years experience in piping and static equipment (PVV) maintenance or commissioning.
• Knowledge of piping systems, pressure vessels, and valve operation.
• Ability to read P&IDs and isometric drawings.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety.
