Role Summary
The Commissioning Project Engineer reporting to the Commissioning Manager will be an integral part of ROS Commissioning Team, working collaboratively within the project organization, systems, procedures, and methods.
Function
Accountabilities
Ensure that all activities, for which he/she is responsible, are carried out in conformance with laws and regulations, contractual requirements, and the project requirements. Health and safety of personnel, natural and working environment and equipment should be taken care of.
The Project Engineer will work under supervision of the Commissioning Manager and assist in all aspects of project work.
Follow up to track the schedule vs actual commissioning progress with all disciplines.
Upfront follow up of vendor readiness as per the schedule for smooth execution.
Reporting of the commissioning status.
Fine tune the reporting format into dashboards.
Issue weekly Action status reports and follow closing of these.
Follow up on information and communication flow between the Commissioning Manager and the project organization.
Develop analytical analysis (statistically) through commissioning input to ensure the progress of activities.
Support assistance as required by direct report.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience.
Ability to handle multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely cooperation of projects.
Preferred
Relevant work experience (Oil & Gas industry preferred).
Dynamic, hands-on person, meticulous and high attention to details.
Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
Good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively and organized.
Ability to motivate and communicate.
Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
