Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Commis, Production

Reports To: Head Chef, Production

Segment: In-Flight Catering

Division: Production

Job Purpose:

Assist in meal production in line with Saudi Airlines Catering standards and client specifications, covering airline, restaurant, and outside catering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily food production and follow standard recipes.
  • Prepare raw materials and set up workstations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
  • Collect materials from the storeroom.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and cybersecurity policies.
  • Report incidents and comply with company regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate or certified in hospitality/culinary.
