Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting into our Sous Chef/ Chef de Partie, you will carry out the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie, in accordance with the Four Seasons standards. Assist in the preparation of mise-en-place for the section and prepare simple dishes in case of very small orders. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and a good working relationship with your team and all other members of the team in the kitchen.
Desired Candidate Profile
A passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of culinary standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. You should have culinary and experience in luxury hotels, a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences. Must have 2 years experience in a similar environment.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
