Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times.
  • Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices.
  • Support in daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (preferably casual dining).
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
