Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Support in daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (preferably casual dining).
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Organized, reliable, and eager to develop culinary skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
