Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
- Support chefs during service by managing assigned stations and ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Culinary diploma or relevant qualification from a recognized institution is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting, such as restaurants or hotels.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, equipment, and kitchen tools is essential.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices is mandatory.
