Roles & Responsibilities

OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and handling policies.
  • Implement product rotation, FIFO, and Cold Chain compliance.
  • Maintain detailed kitchen logs for food safety program compliance.
  • Monitor and verify the correctness of appliance and food temperatures using appropriate tools.
  • Report any issues with freezer systems promptly to facility management.
  • Safely and appropriately use kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Engage safety devices before operating any kitchen equipment.
  • Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
  • Monitor food quality throughout preparation using HACCP forms and production charts.
  • Ensure personal hygiene is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to guarantee the safety of food served to guests.
