Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Arabic and/or Tandoor dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Ensure proper portioning, seasoning, and consistency in all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Assist senior chefs in daily operations, including stock checks and ingredient preparation.
- Follow recipes, cooking methods, and presentation techniques provided by the Head Chef.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items to minimize wastage.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines at all times.
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in casual or fine dining restaurants.
- Ability to converse in English.
