Roles & Responsibilities


Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Arabic and/or Tandoor dishes as per restaurant standards.
  • Ensure proper portioning, seasoning, and consistency in all dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
  • Assist senior chefs in daily operations, including stock checks and ingredient preparation.
  • Follow recipes, cooking methods, and presentation techniques provided by the Head Chef.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items to minimize wastage.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in casual or fine dining restaurants.
  • Ability to converse in English.
