Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking Italian dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Ensure food presentation, taste, and quality meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
- Support in inventory management and daily kitchen operations.
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately.

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a 5-star, 4-star, or fine dining property.
