Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and bake pastries, breads, and bakery items according to recipes.
Ensure high-quality taste, texture, and presentation of bakery products.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the bakery section.
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Assist in inventory management and minimize food wastage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in India.
Strong skills in bakery and pastry preparation.
Good English communication skills.
