Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and baking breads, pastries, and desserts under guidance of senior chefs.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices in the bakery section.
- Support in daily kitchen operations and inventory checks.
- Ensure consistency in quality and minimize food wastage.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Minimum 2 3 years of relevant bakery/pastry experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
- Good English communication skills.
