Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and baking breads, pastries, and desserts under guidance of senior chefs.
  • Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices in the bakery section.
  • Support in daily kitchen operations and inventory checks.
  • Ensure consistency in quality and minimize food wastage.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 3 years of relevant bakery/pastry experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
  • Good English communication skills.
