Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing & cooking international cuisine dishes.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Support senior chefs in kitchen operations.
- Maintain hygiene & food safety standards.
- Assist with stock storage & rotation.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- 2 3 years of experience in international cuisine in hotels or restaurants.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
