Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie with all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, and cooking basic dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory management.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils after service.
Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards to the Chef de Partie.
Assist with plating and presentation of dishes.
Learn and follow kitchen recipes and cooking techniques.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in hotels or upscale restaurants in the UAE.
