Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and grilling barbeque items as per menu and recipes.
  • Maintain proper grilling techniques and cooking temperatures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and grill area.
  • Support the chef in food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in barbeque or grill operations.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Smart, presentable, and team-oriented.
