Preparing, cooking food as the company standards.

• Maintain food quality and consistency.
• Guarantee that the preparation and delivery of all products conform with operation methods and in respect of hygiene regulations.
• Guarantee constant cleanliness and maintenance of equipment before and after service.
• Ensure that all stocks are rotated, and kept under optimum conditions.
• Ensure that all Mise en place is always freshly prepared on time.
• Support and participate in team activities and in case needed, assist in other duties ask.
• Attend training courses or seminars when required.
• Report all potential and real hazards immediately to upper management.
• Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef.
• Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes.

Health & Safety:

• Ensure that the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen are being maintained.

Communication:

• Has excellent verbal skills
• Communicates effectively with the kitchen team.
