Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
· Operational Duties:
o Customer Assistance:
- Presenting Nacita products or services in a clear and persuasive way.
- Answering any questions that the customer may have.
- Assist customers in identifying their spare parts needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
- Listen to customer inquiries, determine the specific parts required, and offer suitable options from the available inventory.
o Product Knowledge:
- Develop knowledge of the products being offered.
- Working knowledge of their industry's climate and competition to effectively implement the sales strategy.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of automotive spare parts, including their types, functions, compatibility, and applications.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new product releases, and technological advancements in the automotive spare parts market.
o Prepare Sales Reports:
- Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management.
- Report on team member performance and mission-related objectives.
o Order Management and Closing deals:
- Close deals and generate revenue for the company.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including product selection, pricing, and availability.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding product features, specifications, and warranties.
- Collaborate with customers to find suitable alternatives if desired parts are unavailable.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or parts department to ensure the timely availability and delivery of ordered parts.
· Financial Duties:
o Negotiating prices and terms:
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers.
- Being able to understand the customer's budget and needs.
o Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager or company.
· Customer Satisfaction Duties:
o Prospecting and qualifying leads:
- Identifying potential customers who are interested in the company's products or services.
- Use a variety of methods to find leads, such as cold calling, attending trade shows, or networking.
o Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchased parts and resolve any post-sales issues or concerns.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
· Education :
- bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· Years of Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.
