We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commercial and Residential Real Estate Expert!
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial and residential real estate matters to clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support investment decisions, including market trends, property values, and potential risks.
- Strategy Development and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of real estate strategies aimed at maximizing profitability and achieving business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, presentations, and analysis.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics, investment principles, and property management practices.
