Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Help organise, define and drive commercial programmes that deliver growth in revenue / margin / sales.
- Undertake analysis to identify emerging problems/issues in a particular product / service / region and work on identifying solutions.
- Undertake ad hoc pieces of investigative analysis to identify the drivers for (under or over) performance in particular countries or regions.
- Help the CEO stay organised and on top of a rapidly increasing and evolving set of strategic initiatives and programmes designed to drive the business forwards
- Other ad hoc analysis and projects as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Commercial Performance Manager should have:
- Good experience in large companies, in business analytics, performance management and revenue management
- Experience in a commercial role in either a consultancy or fast-paced organisation.
- A naturally analytical person with a proven ability to problem solve from data.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Expert use of MS Excel e.g. advanced use of formula's pivot tables, and VBA/Macro's.
- Advanced modelling experience is an advantage e.g. using SQL but not a necessity
