Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial and procurement team in daily operations
  • Manage and review commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Oversee local and international purchasing, supplier negotiations, and vendor evaluations
  • Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and commercial correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement procedures
  • Analyze commercial risks and support management in strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier and client relationships
  • Oversee cost control, price comparisons, and budget monitoring
  • Prepare commercial reports for senior management
  • Coordinate closely with Projects, Finance, and Service Departments for alignment

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Commercial / Procurement / Contract roles
  • Experience in ELV, Construction, MEP, or Technical Services is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, and supplier negotiations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and reporting
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and multitasking
  • Knowledge of ERP or procurement software is an advantage
