Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, procurement documents, and commercial agreements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost control.
  • Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders on commercial matters.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project financial performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., RICS, PMP) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial management or contract administration.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of contract management, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management and financial software (e.g., MS Excel, Primavera).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines effectively.
