As a Commercial Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in securing new leases and retaining existing clients for commercial properties. • Identify and attract potential commercial tenants through strategic marketing efforts.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting benefits and negotiating terms.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals to meet both landlord and tenant needs.
• Review and analyze market trends to provide competitive leasing rates.
• Negotiate lease agreements and contract clauses to ensure contractual compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with current tenants to encourage lease renewals.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure tenant satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Monitor lease expirations and coordinate efforts to retain key tenants.
• Keep accurate records of leasing activities and prepare regular reports for management.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
• Represent property owners in a professional manner at industry events and networking functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial leasing or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property management and leasing practices.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value lease agreements effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
