Roles & Responsibilities
Summary/ Objective
To develop, drive and execute the sales, acquisition, customer relationship management and support strategies along with achieving the organization s main goals in terms of merchant portfolio growth, activity rate, volumes, and market presence through the effective management of the commercial team, business partners, agents local network.
Essential Functions
- Manage all sales and acquisition planning including setting target, sales strategies, and implementation
- Lead the team to drive the merchants acquisition activities by providing analysis on market opportunities, insights on the market dimensions and bestseller use cases that provides smooth and convenient customer experience.
- Develop and define business cases including KPIs and financial objectives, product and services visions, positioning, and value proposition
- Measure and monitor the performance of the acquisition team to ensure hitting and exceeding the organization s products and services set objectives and KPIs
- Lead briefing of new content creation to support Paytabs-led and Client-led activities, either through development of new content or adaptation of existing Global / Associated Press content. Consult and liaise with clients on integrating client requirements into creative development and execution.
- Working with Small, Mid and Top Tier firms building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Working alongside the Business Development Managers to ensure new products seamless roll-out and implementation process
- Developing trust and credibility with the decision maker, key stakeholders, and the wider team
- Ensuring the value and credibility of lead quality

- Strong Business knowledge of Financial Services and Marketing (both creative and disruptive).
- Sales and negotiation techniques.

- Demonstrated ability to interpret and adapt to client needs and expectations.
- Positive energetic attitude and enthusiasm for developing out of the box strategies and models.

- Collaborative Works collaboratively across the business to share best practice and specialist knowledge within the Digital Innovation Dep.
