Integrated into a dynamic team, in a challenging environment undergoing rapid transformation, you will provide support on the following missions:

• Ensure the monitoring and management of recovery relating to unsecured receivables and Coface Collect.
• Ensure the recovery of debts entrusted to us by our clients:
• • Friendly telephone and written reminders,
  • Negotiations and implementation of a schedule,
  • Dispute monitoring,
  • Implementation and monitoring of legal procedures,
  • Management of collective procedures.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and customer retention:
• • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders,
  • Inform clients at every stage of the file's life.
• Collaborate with different Coface departments:
• • Internal collaboration, more particularly with the Compensation, Arbitration and Information teams,
  • Support to the sales team when needed for a prospect or a customer,
• Analyze complex situations and define appropriate actions with a constant concern for improving the quality of service.
