Job Brief

We are searching for a highly-skilled Coffee Processing Machine Operator to oversee our coffee production process.

Your primary responsibilities will include operating and maintaining coffee processing machinery, monitoring the quality of coffee beans, and ensuring our products meet industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of coffee processing machinery, is capable of identifying issues that may occur during the production process, and has excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Operate coffee processing machinery, including roasters and grinders

Monitor the quality of coffee beans and products

Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary

Adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures

Ensure machinery is cleaned and sanitized

Regularly check machine parts for wear and tear

Coordinate with other team members to meet production goals

Record and report any production or machinery issues

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Coffee Processing Machine Operator or similar role

Knowledge of coffee processing machinery and maintenance

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work overtime

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; Certificate or training in machinery operation will be a plus
