Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and deliver lessons aligned with middle school English standards.
• Provide individualized and small-group support to help students strengthen reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive classroom culture that values student voice and collaboration.
• Communicate regularly with families and colleagues to support each student s progress.
• Assist with assessment, grading, and feedback to guide student learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in English, Education, or a related field (teaching certification preferred).
• Experience working with middle school students in a classroom or educational setting.
• Strong commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and student-centered teaching.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
