Support the lead teacher in implementing the curriculum and lesson plans, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and standards.

Collaborate in developing instructional materials and resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Assist in creating a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement, discipline, and mutual respect.

Implement behavior management strategies and enforce classroom rules to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.

Provide individual and small group instruction to students, reinforcing concepts and facilitating learning.

Assist in delivering lessons, explaining instructions, and supporting students in their academic progress.

Collaborate in assessing student performance and progress through various methods, such as observation, projects, and assessments.

Assist in organizing and maintaining a well-structured and stimulating classroom environment.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Co-Teacher or Teacher's Assistant.

Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
