Location: Blueline Furniture Factory LLC, Street #28, Industrial Area 11, Sharjah
Employment Type: Full-Time (6-month probation)
Salary Range: AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month

Blueline Furniture Factory LLC is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality construction, fit out, and joinery solutions. We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator & Programmer with experience in joinery and fit-out works to join our production team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture joinery and fit-out components with precision.
• Program CNC machines (woodworking/metal) using CAD/CAM software as per project requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and design specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Optimize programming for efficiency and material utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator & Programmer in joinery and fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and material specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work in factory conditions and overtime if required.
