Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Program and operate CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and precision in cutting and shaping materials based on design specifications.
Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM / artcam software, optimizing toolpaths and machining parameters for efficient production.
Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts, utilizing measuring tools and techniques to verify dimensions and quality, ensuring adherence to tolerances.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, making necessary adjustments to programs and equipment to maintain optimal performance and output.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a related field is advantageous.
- Holds relevant certifications in CNC operation and programming, such as Mastercam or SolidWorks CAM.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of hands-on experience in CNC operation and design, showcasing a proven track record.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including milling, turning, and drilling.
