Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in every production run.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce parts that meet stringent specifications.
- Monitor machine operations for any irregularities, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Document production metrics and maintain accurate logs of operations for traceability and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software to interpret and create machining programs effectively.
- Proficient in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify machining issues promptly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality production standards.
