• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required for this position.
• Minimum of two years of experience in CNC machine operation required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machine tools operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required by production demands.
