Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Masterfully operate CNC lathes, ensuring precision and efficiency in every cycle.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to produce parts to exact specifications, minimizing errors.
• Select, load, and change cutting tools, setting offsets and making adjustments to achieve optimal performance and surface finish.
• Monitor machine operations, making real-time adjustments to maintain quality and prevent downtime, ensuring continuous production flow.
• Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments to guarantee dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance, keeping the equipment in top operating condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.
