The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture parts with high accuracy.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machining requirements.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to achieve desired dimensions.
- Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to ensure quality output.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or programming issues and escalate complex problems.
- Maintain production logs, quality records, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machine Operator.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with different materials (steel, aluminum, brass, etc.).
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate/work in Al-Hofuf, K.S.A.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related field.
- Technical training in CNC lathe operations is an advantage.
