Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Machine setup: Program and set up CNC bending machines with appropriate tooling and parameters. Load materials onto the machine and ensure proper alignment.
  • Operation: Operate the machine to bend metal components to precise angles and dimensions, monitoring operations for quality and consistency.
  • Quality control: Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy using specialized instruments, making adjustments as needed to meet standards.
  • Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance on the machinery to ensure it is in good working order. Troubleshoot and resolve minor malfunctions.
  • Safety and compliance: Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
