Clubhouse Engineering Technician (Electrician) Four Seasons Hotel

About the Role:

As an Engineering Technician (Electrician) at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations across the resort. Your role is essential in ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities remain in optimal condition, delivering the high standards of functionality and comfort expected from a Four Seasons experience.

What You Will Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work in guest rooms, staff accommodations, and public areas.
• Support electrical tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
• Conduct self-inspections of completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas; ensure tools and materials are used efficiently.
• Read and interpret basic layout and MEP (electrical) drawings.
• Monitor and maintain plant equipment and assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide feedback on operations, safety issues, and guest-related matters.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and departmental briefings.
• Act as a role model and support the onboarding of new team members.

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma required.
• Technical or vocational training in Engineering is preferred especially in electrical, A/C, or plumbing.
• 2 4 years of relevant experience in a five-star hotel or resort environment.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Solid math and problem-solving abilities; psychometric aptitude is a plus.
• A team-first attitude with a high standard of professionalism.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and report hazards immediately.
