Job Description

As a Cloud Support Associate Engineer, you will play an integral role in supporting our clients' cloud infrastructure by diagnosing and resolving their cloud-related issues. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation and optimization of cloud environments for businesses that rely heavily on cloud technology for critical operations. In this role, you will interact with a range of clients who use different cloud services and platforms, providing them with technical assistance and advice on managing their cloud integrations effectively. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for cloud service issues and requests from clients.

  • Monitor cloud services to ensure uptime and optimal performance levels.
  • Create and manage documentation for solutions to recurring cloud support issues.
  • Assist in cloud migration projects by providing technical support and guidance.
  • Perform regular reviews and risk assessments of cloud environments and configurations.
  • Engage with clients to provide training and information on cloud best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in cloud computing environments.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using cloud monitoring and support tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of networking, virtualization, and storage in cloud contexts.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
