Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Closer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for converting leads into successful deals and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.
- Engage with potential clients and lead high-level sales conversations in Arabic and English
- Develop and implement effective closing strategies to maximize conversion rates
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals in a B2B sales environment
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade decision-makers
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and local business practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively in diverse settings
- Valid UAE work permit or eligibility to obtain one
