Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Clinical Technical & Research Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, training and monitoring training initiatives within the region under the supervision of the training Manager (Dubai) to ensure that health care professionals are trained following the annual training plan.
As a Clinical Technical & Research Specialist, you are expected to focus on Subject Matter Expertise in the field of Audiology, Surgery and Electrophysiology, as well as mentoring of new Clinical Technical team members
Responsibilities include:

Clinical Studies and Research - Coordinate and support clinical research in Africa

Training - Manage and deliver effective training programs
-
Clinical and Technical support - Deliver clinical and technical support to partners and clinics

Essential
Required Skills

Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline.

Knowledge and experience acquired over a few years of work experience.

Frequent communication with others outside of own job area or, responsibility for developing some new contacts and relationships.

Ensures understanding of difficult issues through adapting and exchanging information in the most appropriate form for the audience.

Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

People Management skills.

Experience in/with Life Science/medical devices industry.

Certifications & Education

Master s degree in engineering or Audiology.

Work Experience
-
3-5 years working in Clinical Research field
-
5-7 years working in ENT Field.

Experience in/with life science/medical devices industry.

Experience working in international company in industry sector.

Experience in surgical support and OR access.
