• Conduct detailed psychological evaluations and assessments for clients with diverse needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and evaluations.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, and families as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address client needs holistically.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote client mental health recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing urgent psychological issues.
• Attend regular case consultations and team meetings within the practice or facility.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and coping strategies.
• Conduct research, if applicable, to advance psychological practices and therapies.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients and staff members.

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid psychology license to practice is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years experience in clinical psychology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic methods and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and confidentiality per regulations.
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Crisis intervention skills and an ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.
